Your Moving team will arrive between 8 and 10 am or as soon as possible after 12 pm for afternoon moves.   We send a text message about 30 minutes before arrival. 

Clothing and other lightweight items can be left in dressers. Breakables, heavy items, and papers should be removed and packed separately. Jewelry and other small valuables should be removed and kept with you.

We can do most anything.  For most, packing and moving a 2 bedroom home on the same day is enough.  But we're certainly capable of more. 

Unusually large or heavy items, more complicated access, long walks, or elevators would be good situations for extra help. For example, if there is an elevator at both locations and three movers, two men can keep moving items out to the truck while the third wraps and loads everything on the truck. In some cases, a larger crew can be more economical than a smaller one, even at a higher hourly rate.  Plus, the move will get done sooner with more men working.

Upright letter, vertical, and lateral file cabinets should be unloaded. These file cabinets can easily be bent and distorted if they are moved with any significant weight in them. Keep all your file cabinet keys together and bring them with you, to prevent them from being misplaced.

Absolutely! Our professional packers will carefully box your belongings and help you prepare for moving day. Ask our estimators to include this service when you call.

Our time starts when we arrive at the origin.  Billable time ends at the destination.  Once we go past our minimum time charge, we bill in quarter hour increments.  For all moves bill 1/2 hour for travel to the move and 1/2 hour to return anywhere in the Boulder/Denver metro area.  The final bill will be based on actual hours for the job, not on the estimate. There are no additional charges for unusually bulky or heavy items unless we tell you in advance. 

We are fully licensed and insured. We have $50,000 cargo insurance per truck and $1 million liability.  Your move includes released value coverage.  Reasonable costs full coverage is available directly through us.   As required, we also carry workmen’s compensation insurance for our crews.  Our movers are staff, not contractors. 

We are happy to provide you with all the packing materials you need—boxes, tape, wrapping paper, mattress covers, shrink wrap, and paper pads—as well as give you advice on proper packing.

We are happy to do so if you like. Our movers are experienced in packing to prepare for a move. Our customers find this reduces much of the stress associated with moving.

Yes, to reserve your move, all it takes is a $100 refundable deposit by ACH or card.
